Challenge your body and mind in this unique class developed to stretch, strengthen, and balance key areas of an athlete’s body. Practice being in the moment, in your breath, and in your body by thinking less and feeling more. Increase core strength, flexibility, self-awareness, and focus while gaining acceptance and appreciation of you and your limitations. Receive personal attention from a knowledgeable, experienced instructor without distractions in a warm (80-82°) and peaceful studio environment every Monday morning from 5:45-7am in Cary.
