This one time, 90 minute session is ideal for healthy individuals interested in making small changes to their diet or developing training/race day fueling strategies. A summary, including any strategies, resources or referrals, is sent following the session. $150Performance Plan
These three one-on-one sessions allow for a more detailed nutrition assessment, education, and evaluation of your personal healthy eating and performance strategies. The first session is 90 minutes and involves a detailed dietary assessment and personalized plan. Two 60 minute follow-up sessions allow for evaluation and adjustment of your plan and to discuss any other nutrition topics. A summary email is sent after each session. $295Lifestyle Plus
This includes the “Performance Plan,” plus three additional follow-up sessions (one 90min and two 60min) to monitor your progress. One of these additional sessions includes a 90 minute grocery store visit or pantry evaluation. $535Individual follow-up sessions are $85 per hour
